Great Location and Excellent View Recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Phnom Penh. We were impressed with the location of this hotel, being just a short walk away from many popular attractions. the view we had of the city and river was amazing and definitely added some charm to our stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any special requests we had.
Terrible Room Conditions and Poor Service the positives of this hotel were overshadowed by the poor conditions of the room we stayed in. the room was small and not well-maintained.

Good location on riverside, close to National Museum and Royal Palace
Very inexperienced staff. They wake you up at 8 for cleaning, no service standards, slow service, language problems.

The location of this hotel is optimal, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. It is right on the Riverside, providing a beautiful view. it is conveniently located next to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are spacious with big windows, offering plenty of natural light. the staff is friendly and the manager is highly efficient and always ready to help. the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, perfect for starting the day off right.
Some rooms facing the riverfront can be noisy, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I made reservation for room "river-side". I got one, 3rd floor and I enjoyed the view very much. The room is rather big (about 40 m2). The breakast (buffet) is good. European as Asia food available. Most of all: the service was great and all servants were very kind. Even the security warned me when my female visitors leave the hotel without me.
There only was one problem. The wifi in my room was more than bad. Hardly connection. The technician did his utmost for helping (he even put an extra modem). However, sill poor connection, so I many times got downstairs in the lobby or even at the terrace, where the wifi was reasonable good.

Great for a city trip! Centrally located, this hotel puts you in the heart of the action. The rooftop breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some great tips on local places to check out, which made our trip even better. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the view was a real highlight.
Our experience at the restaurant wasn't the greatest. The service was slow, and the food was average.
